How do I check whether a product is suitable for use?
Suitability and directions differ between products. Check the information on the product page and packaging. The shampoo is not recommended for chemically straightened hair.
What does free shipping include?
Orders over ₪150 ship free! Below that, a shipping fee will be shown at checkout. Orders are delivered by courier Sunday–Thursday.
What's your return policy?
You can return a product within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it's unused and in its original, sealed packaging. Refunds are issued after inspection, within 7 business days. Full details are in our returns policy.
